工作职责Job description：

1.负责建立和完善部门标准化体系，并组织实施; Responsible for establishing and improving the department's standardization system, and organizing its implementation;

2.负责统一部门的技术标准等; Responsible for unifying technical standards of the department;

3.建立、完善零部件标准化，并监督执行; Establish and improve the standardization of parts and components, and supervise the implementation;

4.监督和评估新标准实施情况; Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the new standards;

5.负责制定部门相关标准化的文档并报领导审批。Responsible for formulating relevant standardized documents of the department and submitting them to leaders for approval.

任职要求Job requirement：

1熟知企业相关行业的技术、产品标准，熟悉企业生产流程、生产工艺以及测试标准;

2.具备一定的精益基础知识；
